The Subconscious Mind vs. the Conscious Mind
Your brain has been brilliantly designed to enable you to thrive and to live a very fulfilled life. Along the course of evolution your brain has also learned how to enable you to survive (i.e., find food and water, create shelter, etc.), develop the ability to feel a large range of emotions, and create complex projects (i.e., reaching the moon).
