The Subconscious Mind vs. the Conscious Mind
Your brain has been brilliantly designed to enable you to thrive and to live a very fulfilled life. Along the course of evolution your brain has also learned how to enable you to survive (i.e., find food and water, create shelter, etc.), develop the ability to feel a large range of emotions, and create complex projects (i.e., reaching the moon). While your Conscious Mind possesses the analytical skills to invent calculus and create rockets, another part of your brain is equally adept at being able to survive, being creative, problem solving, inventing ideas, and storing memories and emotions (among many other things). We call this the Subconscious Mind. The Subconscious Mind generates over 85% of all brain activity.
